Family Builds A Candy-Pult For Safe Trick-Or-Treating

Families are going all out to make Halloween happen for children this year.

Vince Mak, of York County, Pennsylvania and his family had a brainstorming session to figure out how to safely give kids candy this year. They came up with, and built, a “candypult.”

Mak told WPMT, "We thought we could try to come up with a creative way to throw candy at kids ... safely. With everything going on, everyone just needs to feel happy and find something to laugh at."

The dad now suspects they’ll need extra candy this year… and he’s probably right!
