Florida is looking to fill positions for a civilian force.
The state has opened applications for a director and 400 members for the Florida State Guard.
Governor Ron DeSantis said the group will mainly aid the Florida National Guard.
The director position is part-time with the state looking for someone with "military style operations" experience.
