Tiger Woods and his girlfriend, Erica Herman, are both facing a lawsuit in regards to the death of a former employee at The Woods Restaurant in Jupiter.

24-year old, Nicholas F. Immesberger was killed on December 10, 2018 in a single vehicle rollover crash in Port Salerno, FL. Florida Highway Patrol said that Immesberger was driving "at a high rate of speed" prior to losing control of his 1999 Chevy Corvette. According to reports, Immesberger's blood alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit when he crashed.

His parents have now filed a lawsuit against Woods, Herman, and the corporate entity for The Woods Restaurant. The lawsuit states that employees and management at the restaurant over-served alcohol to Immesberger before he left work that night despite knowing he suffered from alcoholism.

In addition to this, both Woods and Herman personally knew Immesberger and were seen having drinks with him just a few days before the fatal crash. Herman was also his general manager and had him bar tending despite knowing his history of alcoholism.

The lawsuit states "Tiger is individually liable in this action because he individually participated in the serving of alcohol to Immesberger."

Immesberger's parents are seeking more than $15,000 in damages and hope this lawsuit will bring some justice for their sons death.

Immesberger was a former football player at Berean Christian in West Palm Beach and Bridgewater College in Virginia.

As of right now, Woods nor his agent have commented on the lawsuit.
