Meet Scarlet! This beautiful dog has had a pretty rough life so far.
Scarlet was found neglected and chained up at a gas station. A good samaritan was able to rescue her after having to "buy" her from the previous owner.
However, Scarlet is a great companion and full of love. She would make a great addition to any family.
