Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. Especially when it comes to finding escaped convicts.
Ryan Paul Henry had been given a leave of absence from Payette County Jail in Idaho back in August. He was supposed to have attended a funeral and return to the prison but decided to run instead.
However, he ended up calling the police to rescue him in the woods of Oregon after he was bit by a rattlesnake.
The funny thing was there was no indication he had actually suffered a snake bite, just minor cuts, and bruises.
Henry was arrested and booked into the Baker County Jail.
