How are your baking skills? If you’re ready to put them to the test, Hershey and Hallmark Channel are teaming up for a holiday baking contest with a sweet prize.
Now through December 31st, baking enthusiasts can whip up their festive creations using a Hershey’s baking product to enter the contest. It’s the first time the two brands have collaborated and it’s also a chance to promote Hershey’s new Holiday Baking Shapes, which are red and green chocolate chips that come in Christmas tree and stocking shapes. Mike Orr, manager of baking for Hershey says they were inspired to create their first-ever seasonally-shaped chips after seeing the spike in baking over the last year.
But no matter what you bake, the prize is pretty cool. One lucky Grand Prize winner will get to choose from a walk-on role as a baker in a Hallmark Channel Original Movie or $5-thousand.
