What's the worst state to drive?

Traffic jams, cost of gas, construction and road quality…all of these things effect your driving experience. So WALLETHUB has used these factors to determine the best and worst states to drive. I’ve been caught in some pretty wicked traffic jams in and around Los Angeles, but California is actually the runner up for WORST state to drive. Hawaii has the distinction of worst state for driving while Texas is the best. According to Adam McCann from WalletHub, Mississippi has the lowest average gas prices, California has the most auto-repair shops per square root of the population, Vermont has the lowest car thefts per 1000 residents!
